MetLife’s Military Veterans Network (MVET) was created by MetLife employees and thrives as a support network for veterans who work at MetLife, their families and the military customers we serve. MVET’s mission is to create a workplace that values the unique skills of veterans and fosters these skills to support long-term success as MetLife associates. In addition, MVET helps to build and promote MetLife’s reputation as a veteran-friendly company among our customers, business partners and in the broader community.
We’ve formed important relationships with external partners to help attract military talent, and we work hard to help ease the transition from military service to meaningful careers. Last year, GI Jobs Magazine recognized MetLife as a Military Friendly Employer for the fourth year in a row.
